HD 6950 in Mac Pro 1.1
Hey, I´m planning to buy an AMD Radeon HD 6950 for my 2006 Mac Pro. Is it possible to run in this Mac? I need a graphics boost. My Mac specs: 2x Intel Xeon X5355 2,6 Ghz 8 Gb Ram DDR2 667 Mhz Ati Radeon 2600XT 256 Mb OS X 10.10 Yosemite Thanx for all answers.- SubjectX69

Faster RAM in Mac Pro 1.1?
Hey, I recently bought an 2006 Mac Pro 1.1. I´ve upgraded it to Yosemite, also changed for 8 core Xeon and put GeForce 750 Ti to it. Added an SSD too. Target display mode and DVI? (2009 iMac 27")
I have a late 2009 iMac 27", and I'd like to use target display mode with my 2006 Mac Pro, so that I can use both machines and one desk. The problem is that the Mac Pro only has DVI outputs. If I get a DVI to Mini Displayport adapter, will TDM work?
