I have a Quad HDMI capture card in the top PCIe slot. The OEM version had a super loud fan so I removed it and replaced it with a pure copper heatsink. It's a lot better, but I still worry about the heat, so I want to add a couple of 40mm noctua fans to it. The only problem is, I don't know...
