    Is ATT(App Tracking Transparency ) really functioning as advertised?

    Okay, So to give you some background... I was really excited and hyped about ios 14.5 and especially it's ATT feature(as most of us were...?)...And I watched a lot of content designated to explaining the functioning of ATT... After hours of watching almost the same thing, I stumbled across this...
