cannot reinstall os

    Disk locked, can't install OS

    I have a 2007 iMac and wanted to do a factory reset. From Reinstall OS X, the only disk listed to install OS X is Recovery HD, which is locked. When trying to Erase my hard drive in Disk Utility, the erasing process fails. My iMac is too old to boot from Internet Recovery Mode. Any ideas on what...

    Please help Issue with Macbook air switiching off

    My mac-book is going to sleep for every 3 or 4 minutes.. thought battery dead.. Messed up with os now i cannot reinstall Os when i click on Reistall Os its telling me to contact apple care.. unfortunately thinking of selling it i deleted all backups too .. really in a stupid position. please...
