    Cities Skylines on a brand new 5k

    Just got a new 5k, i7 4ghz, 16gb of DDR3 RAM and M395x with 4gb. I am trying to play Cities Skylines and I get capped at 30 FPS from the start and it drastically goes down under 10 FPS with a growing city (30-40k). I exceed the requirement by far so I am a bit puzzled as to why it can't handle...
