    I bought a new iPhone 11 128GB, software version 14.3. and i bought a non-genuine wired Earphone named VIGO. now if i plug the wired earphones inside the charger port of my iPhone, the sound will keep coming from the iPhone and not from the Earphones, i went to the shop where i bought the wired...
