    Hello all, Does anyone know how to fix missing extensions in Apple photos? Some of my photo editors like Luminar show up in Extensions, but AuroraHDR 2018 doesn't show up there... I went as far as rebuilding my iMac today with no change, rebooted, reopened app, reopened Photos, re-opened...
