    Microsoft OneNote 15.37 (170712) constant restarting

    Running Microsoft OneNote 15.37 (170712) with a crazy issue. It wont start up, instead if just starts then quits over and over and over again until you log out or restart your computer. Anyone else with the same issue? Started with Beta 2.
