I have a HDD I've had successfully connected directly to a TP-Link router and used via SMB for over a year. I wanted to do some organization so I hooked it up directly to my Mac Mini. I'm getting the diskenter error 49244 fail to mount error. This HDD is formatted MacOS Extended Journal...
Is the below current Format / Partitioning scheme I have on my SD card that is permanently be attached to my MBA 2013 'good enough', or what commands should one do to get it to stay mounted and high-performing ?

Both OpenDocument (odt, ods, odp, odg, odf) and Microsoft Office format (docx, docm, xlsx, xlsm, pptx, pptm) are universal and equivalent so I am wondering which one I should choose. What do you think?
