Hi, I see that the series 4 has a different heart rate monitor. Could anyone with a series 4 let me know what the heart rate readings are like for high intensity exercises? I do a lot of HIIT and CrossFit and I was wondering whether the watch could handle these activities. Thanks!

When using the exercise app on the Apple watch series 3 (the green runner logo), and in this specific case, the indoor cycling function, at the end of the event, it clearly shows average heart rate, but I can neither find maximum heart rate on my watch or iPhone 8. Where is it displayed...
