    Plastic 2009 MagSafe 1 MacBook not accepting charge

    Bought off of eBay for basic use, for an elderly relative. The item in question is an early-mid 2009 MacBook (the plastic one) and it has the T style charger. It will not go orange, despite how much I clean the charger and port. I have got it to go orange only once, which lasted around 10...

    Macbook Pro 15 early 2011 startup problems.

    So the a1286 battery in my mbp15 8.2 went bad. I replaced the battery last night and connected the charger. The light on the charger stays green and doesn't turn orange to signal that it's charging the battery. I made sure to buy a genuine A1286 battery from a reputable dealer so I don't think...
