    Other Unable to add to home screen

    I used to be able to add websites to my phone home screen (eg: like suggested here https://www.macrumors.com/how-to/add-a-web-link-to-home-screen-iphone-ipad/) But that functionality isn't available to me now? What am I doing wrong?
