    Editing iCloud Photos on another device

    My question is, when I am viewing iPhone iCloud photos on my iPad and want to edit them, it asks you to download before it can be edited. Once it is edited and synced with iCloud, does the photo delete from the iPad? I am worried about storage when editing iCloud photos.
