imac mid 2010

Hi there guys, I really need your help I try to get to know how can I flash this gpu to use it on the imac mid 2010 21 inch. When I put it on the imac I have black screen but I have sound of the boot up even if I was careful with the installation of the card. The gpu is nvidia Quattro mxm 3000m.
