    Activity monitor at 0 am I infected?

    I use avast and was looking at google images and avast popped up and said it blocked a malicious script. I scanned my computer with avast and malwarebytes and they came clean. But could I still be infected? See photo below of the activity monitor thanks https://ibb.co/mARZPb

    Firefox, Chrome infected

    When I open either browser, I get this website loading...I have used multiple applications to try to kill it and nothing has worked: http://www.xxxxxxxx.com/getting_started.php?od=23-7-17&cd=23-7-17&rid=46f37887b4f0b6e Its a site that sells website construction or some crap... Anyone else?
