Is there any particular reason that I can't use an SD card to install Ventura with OCLP on a 2017 5K iMac?
Why not just use a USB stick? I don't have one handy and there's an ice storm outside. In any case, this seems like an artificial restriction.
Yesterday I updated from Monterey to Ventura.
Everything looked normal until I wanted to install some .pkg. Every .pkg I tried to install, I got the same error.
Has anybody experienced the same problem? I tried everything but was unsuccessful.

Hello guys, it is the second time it happens to me that when I randomly restart my MBP, suddenly it fails to reboot saying that the installation of MacOS has failed and giving me an error page like the one I'm attaching.
I didn't really notice if this is happening after a restart for installing...
I have El Capitan installed.
However, I want to download the El Cap installer, make a bootable thumb drive and install it clean on a new SSD.
In the App store, I can initiate a download (I *think*??) but have no way of knowing if it's download or not, other than an endlessly spinning progress...
