    iPhone iOS 13.4 deteriorating my phone!

    For the last 2 weeks my phone will partially freeze —i can open apps, but can't do anything with them. It also fully freezes. 50% of the time. I "fix" it by waiting for the screen to turn off and then plugging the phone in. Also, that little transparent circle,I think it's called Assistive...
