    Can't go into iTunes on Music APP

    I've looked high and low , talked to Apple senior advisor for 2 hours . I can't go to iTunes store in the music app on my MBA anymore .The page is blank when I'm logged in . Any help would be very much appreciated ! No problem on iPhone or iPad .
