keyword

I recently upgraded to Big Sur from Mojave on my late 2014 iMac and whenever I try to type in a keyword to add it makes it disappear as soon as I type it. Is anyone else having this problem? When I try to type in a caption for the photo that works most of the time, but keywords don't.

Is there a way to add a tag or keyword to a photo in ios11 photos app?

I have been using "Keyword Manager" in Photos. I have already used all shortcut letters...."A to Z" and numbers "1 thru 9". I still want to create more shortcuts. How do I add more letters or numbers to create more shortcuts? Thanks!
