    Mid 2011 Mac Mini won't boot

    I currently have a late 2014 iMac. Got it when it came out. Did the migration of my 2011 Mac Mini to it, then unplugged the Mac Mini to setup the iMac where it was going. Then I hooked the Mac Mini up to another outlet, with a monitor and... nothing. Wouldn't boot. Tried just about every outlet...

    mac mini doesn't turn on

    I (actually my son's) have a mid 2011 mac mini that doesn't turn on. Symptoms - fan spins for a split second, sleep indicator light turns on and then off, no sound..that's it. I tore it down, removed the power supply and tested it. It was putting out 12 volts on 4 of the wires per a schematic...
