    MBP 2016 NTB + Choppy video, green screen with external monitor

    I have a late 2016 MBP that I use connected to a 27 inch dell monitor and I noticed lately that whenever I restart the laptop I get a quick green screen that doesn't seem normal. I also have been experiencing choppy/distorted video on occasion. Any idea if this may be some sort of hardware issue?
