    Clean My Mac 4- issue with installing app helper

    Hi, I have installed Clean My Mac 4 application. When I started to do Smart Scan it shows me prompt to enter password. I have done it multiple times but Helper application did not installed. How can I fix it? I have recorded it on video attached to this post. Regards, J.
