macmini late 2020

Recently, I was playing chess in my mac and found that the software was using 20 gb of RAM and after some time it ran out of memory and was asking for force quit. 20 GB FOR CHESS... seriously? ?? I hope Apple will fix this issue in its upcoming update...

Well it's been a few months since I got my Mac mini M1 so far performance has been amazing. No lags or issues with the 8gb version is what I could afford any good apps for Mac. That I should be downloading thanks I'm open to anything for new apps. Plus I love my curved monitor from Acer as well ?

Hi there, I was about to buy 2018 mac mini with i7 and 32gb ram but now things got complicated. How do you guys think i7 compares to new M1? Or vice versa ? In Apple sites they compare i3 to M1 and M1 is 3x faster than i3? So I can't tell how much better or worse this new chip is ? I'm total...
