notes app folders missing

    Notes - all folders and content within them discovered empty today.

    I am running Sonoma 14.2.1 on my Mac and iOs 17.2.1 on my iPhone and both show Notes App empty of all of my folders and their content. I backup my Mac on Time Machine and to iCloud but so far nothing has been restored. Help!
