    iPhone Notifications overlap since Updating to iOS 9.3 and still persists on 9.3.1

    Since I updated to iOS 9.3 I started having this overlap of notification with each other for ex. http://imgur.com/uZe7PUl And I updated to iOS 9.3.1 but this still persists. I have not been able to find a solution to this problem. Restarting phone does not fix it.

    A Few Problems I've been having

    Anybody else having these problems? It's annoying, because I was having a problem with Siri telling me I needed to be connected to wifi to play certain songs, which were already downloaded, and the last update fixed that, but then I ended up with the first problem. Music App not syning...
