    Photos App Constantly Downloading Originals

    iPhone 7 on iOS 11 b3 constantly downloading 102 originals. Did a fill factory restore, restored from an encrypted iTunes backup, same thing. Anyone have a similar issue? If so, how’d you get it fixed? Also, I have “most compatible” turned on in the photos settings instead of high efficiency...
