    Resolved Quick Question: Power Outages in sleeping iMac

    I usually leave my iMac in sleep mode at night and lately there have been some blackouts in my neighborhood that have me a bit worried. Will power outages cause any damage besides the loss of unsaved files when it's in sleep mode? Thanks! P.S. I know I need a UPS.
