    What's This 'Update' Mounted on the Finder?

    Hello Apple and Mac friends. I've forgotten what I was doing but an APFS formatted volume named 'Update' keeps mounting whenever I boot up (screenshot). What created this and could this be safe to delete using Disk Utility? Thank you. Have a very blessed sunday and sunday chill.
