SDXC on M1Pro/Max - Is it UHS-ii?
What do we reckon? Nothing to indicate in the specs (unless I've missed something). My Cameras use UHS-ii SD Cards and transfer rate with a UHS-ii USB-C dongle on a 2019 MBpro is nice and speedy. I'd love to ditch the dongle (seeing as that's the idea with the ports) but I have a sneaky...- NickleNickNick

SDXC card slot as additional storage?
I’m wondering to what extent the SDXC card slot on the 2019 27” iMac can serve as another solid state drive? Guessing that’s not the intended use, but I can’t think of any reason why data could not be stored on a SDXC card kept in the slot? Comments?
