    issues with the Shockwave flash plugin

    I use the browsers to watch streaming videos and this time streaming videos just freeze, although the voice i still working, the image freezes and there is no way other than to restart the browser... what can i do to refresh or update the Shockwave plugin? Also i cant enter the plugins page...
