I visited an Apple Store today because my APP 3 silicon tip split & developed a hole just just 8 months from purchase. This also happened to my APP 1 tips but after a much longer period (at least double). Upon closer inspection, I noticed the APP 3 tips have a wrinkled (compromised?) texture...
