    Unfortunately I have been diagnosed with tinnitus and it's driving me absolutely crazy. I have identified the offending noise in my ears and it's in and around the 80Hz - 110Hz mark. I'm now after an app that will let me cut all frequencies beneath 110Hz so I can enjoy listening to music...
