    Apple's general return policy is to accept something within 14 days of receiving it. However, when I try to initiate a return for my TechWoven case, Apple's website says it's no longer eligible. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

    Sienna Techwoven case already with shipping delayed 2 weeks (Sep 30 - Oct 7)

    I always get the silicone cases, but the Sienna Techwoven case looks gorgeous. Couldn't decide. Definitely anticipate using the crossbody strap. Will be great to have both hands free when going up and down the stairs, etc.
