    Multi-user profile photos don't show, only initials

    Has anybody else had this issue? I've followed Apple's instructions exactly (I think) but our user avatars/photos don't show on the Apple TV devices in our home, we only show up as initials. Super frustrating, haven't been able to find much about this online. Any help or tips/suggestions would...
