    Unclear phone calls IPhone X

    Hello I cannot hearing clear my phone call partners with my IPhone X. I hear the voice unclear and crackling. I inform the Apple Support but they don t Call me back or send me an answe by mail. Have any one the same problem or a solution? Best regards
