A family member (who lives elsewhere) got their personal MacBook Air back from Apple Support with the hard drive wiped (as expected).
They only have a cloud back-up of their home directory (user / (name) / {Documents | Downloads | Photos | etc.}.
This was the admin account (no other users)...
