    Voice navigation requires network connectivity in iOS 10?

    I upgraded my iPad Mini 3 to iOS 10. Now Voice Navigation only works if I am connected to a network. In previous iOS versions I would set my destination in Apple Maps while using my wireless network at home, tap Start, walk to my car and listen to voice navigation direct me to my destination...
