02 tethering benm

Just wondered who had set up tethering by the benm website, and also if anyone had been charged for the tethering yet?

The guy in the o2 phone shop set it up for me, and said it is a free work around to tethering.

However I am now wondering, from what I have read, if suddenly I will receive a large surprise tethering bill

I set it up with 3.0, have had my bill and not been charged, although I have only used it very sparingly, figure if it is used loads they are more likely to notice.
If the guy in the o2 shop set it up and told you its a free workaround then you can't really be liable for any charges, although if o2 question it proving that he said this might be difficult...
