1.0TB OWC Aura Pro X / 2013 Mac Pro

We bought a 1.0TB OWC Aura Pro X Complete SSD Upgrade Solution, and replaced our factory 256 GB factory installed ssd. Ever since, our 2013 Mac Pro has been glitchy... pinwheels, choppy cursor movement... poorer performance in general (as compared to before the upgrade). We are running Mojave 10.14.2

Anyone else having similar issues?

IMO, when it comes to SSDs and many other products, OWC stuff is dog pucky

Does this SSD have the sandforce controller? If yes, check if TRIM is enabled. If I remember correctly, enabling TRIM can cause issues with the sandforce controller. OWC also had some info on their blog about TRIM not being recommended for their drives (with sandforce controller).
Make sure you are running the latest firmware for the SSD.

Otherwise, return the SSD
