1.1.3 Downgrading Question

Okay so ive had a 1.1.2 jailbroken iphone for a while, at least up until yesterday. Something was wrong with my iphone and i had to restore and it restored my phone to 1.1.3. 1.1.3 isn't bad except for the glitchy sms problem, its just that it is really boring compared to my jailbroken iphone.

So long story short, i just want my phone back to the way it was.
Im on a Mac and ive had my iphone since day 1.

I just need a dumb proof guide
