1.1.3 JB - Reinstalled Installer and now it won't start up

Hi.

I just jailbreaked and upgraded my iPhone to 1.1.3 and JB it (use with StealthSim). I uninstalled Summerboard by mistake and could not reinstall it so I reinstalled Installer and now it won't open.

Solutions?
