Hey guys and girls,

I have been doing a lot of thinking and searching about upgrading my 2g iPhone from 1.1.4 to 2.0.1 just for the apps. I keep hearing the problems but mainly only for the 3g, I don't think iv ran over any for the 2g iPhones. So my question is it worth it? should i upgrade or stay?
If i should upgrade what's the best tutorial i can't find the right one please show me.

I H4T3Z W1ND0WZ :p

*EDIT* Can i just upgrade from 1.1.4 to 2.0.1 instead to 2.0 then 2.0.1 Guhhhh
i have all the files ready for the first way

Just follow the tutorial step-by-step.

Right... if you see the tutorial, there is no need to go to 2.0 as an intermediary.

And the upgrade to 2.0.2 on Windows is not really supported as a use of QuickPwn, and, as far as I can see, comes with some pretty hefty (although probably alarmist) warnings.

2.0.1 is just fine though, and the upgrade is not hard.

so is there any tutorials that shows how to upgrade jail break and unlock straight from 1.1.4 to 2.0.1? or would someone guide me

a poll? a tutorial? seriously?

ok, new poll...what should I have for dinner?

1. Cuban
2. Sushi
3. Italian

Any tutorials on how to eat?

Thanks!

Stay on 114 don't upgrade. Version 2 is a joke. It's so unresponsive, apps crash and the phone needs rebooting every day.

Selecting contacts is the worst offender. You wait 2 seconds for them to display and then another 2 before you can scroll through them.

Version 2 is definetley a case of the emperors new clothes ie. It is total garbage. If it wasn't apple this joke of a software release would be all over the press reporting how bad it is.

I would wait until they release a usable version of the software.
