1.1.4 how to get apps without unlocking??

ok i want to find a list of apps that are available for the iphone..

these i presume will b available via tools like pwanage??

so i dont want to use other sim cards, but just to b able to use the apps..

is there an easy way to do this, any one who has done it can tell how it is???

loads o questions there hope some one can asnswer.. thanks for the help in advance
