Hey,
I have a 1.25 G4 mini that I use at work. I want to upgrade the memory and I'm toying with the idea of overclocking it as well. Does it matter if I buy the memory for the 1.25 or the 1.42 G4 mini? Looking at a couple suppliers the specs look the same but their part numbers are all different. Example from crucial.com

Memory specs for the 1.42 G4
1GB, 184-pin DIMM, DDR PC2700 memory module
CT431640
Module Size: 1GB
Package: 184-pin DIMM
Feature: DDR PC2700
Specs: DDR PC2700 • CL=2.5 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR333 • 2.5V • 128Meg x 64 •

Memory specs for the 1.42 G4
1GB, 184-pin DIMM, DDR PC2700 memory module
CT431637
Module Size: 1GB
Package: 184-pin DIMM
Feature: DDR PC2700
Specs: DDR PC2700 • CL=2.5 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR333 • 2.5V • 128Meg x 64 •
