1.83 MBP problems? What are they?

Other than the heat issue which can be fixed to not really be a bother for me what are other issues of the 1.83mbp. I did a search but the heat issue is the only one comming up. A certain Apple store in the Los Angeles/O.C. area is offering an open box MBP for $1459 while all the others are offering the same comp and same specs at $1699. Any one know a reason for the discrepency also? Thank you.

is the other one an open-box? that would explain the low price. they cant sell it at full price because it's been opened and possibly handled. so its not new.

Both are supposidly refreshed or open box items. But yeah I am wondering what other problems there are with the 1.83.
