Internal is Samsung's 500 gig. External would be any of the 1TB drives available (Seagate, Western Digital, Samsung, Hitachi).

I don't have links, but the 500gb is the biggest 2.5" drive right now, and there are a couple 320gb choices as well.

I went the external route myself, it just seems easier (Although I did pop open the mini to add 2gb of ram)
