I bought my Airpods Pro in Janurary 2020 and they've been one of the best products I've bought however, recently one airpod hasn't been charging properly and yesterday whilst in their case (closed) they kept trying to connect to my MBP so I wonder if they were being drained. I put them in today and one was 0% charge and the other was 100%.

I've used isopropyl to clean the stems and charging case to see if anything was causing an issue for charging but doesn't seem to have helped. I know they are 3+years old but is there any recommendations on how to fix this issue?

I have a similar problem that just developed. One pod not only wouldn't charge, it also wouldn't connect. I think it's given up the ghost. Although I bought them in 2019, one of them have been changed at least twice under warranty and I don't recall if it was only one side or both sides. But essentially, I didn't pay for the bud exchange so I guess in my mind they're still bought in 2019...

Put a stickers on the inside of the cover so that it presses the Airpod down when you close it. It worked for me.
