1 iphone 2 computers

Is there an easy way for me to sync my iphone 4 with 2 computers. I have a pc at home and a pc at work. It would be nice to be able to sync my iphone with both computers.

Are there any tricks for doing this?

Also, can my wife and I sync both of our iphones with one itunes account and share music, pics, and apps?

We are both new to iphones and would appreciate any help.
