The reason i bought an iPhone 6 was the great photo features. For a year I have been taking videos and stills and downloading the files to my Windows pc. Right after the 10.0.2 update I could no longer access my iPhone from any of my pc's. Without this access there is no reason to keep my iPhone.

I love my iPhone but I will sell it and get a Samsung product if Apple cannot fix this problem

Thanks

So what actually happens? What are the actual details of the actual issue?

Joey, Apple doesn't actively participate in the boards here, we are all enthusiasts. While we can provide assistance based on our collective experiences, we are not in a position to help with the "fix it or I'll sell it and get a Samsung" problem. That definitely should be communicated to Apple directly.

Like C DM, I find the lack of details make it difficult to help you understand your problem. Please explain further, 10.0.2 isn't blocking PC access, you've got another issue that is causing it. Could be a bad install when you upgraded.

Did your phone every ask you if you if you 'trust this computer' when connected to iTunes? I connected my iPhone to a work laptop the other day to get photos off it for work quickly. Under My PC in file explorer you should see an iPhone folder under your hard drive details. A couple of folders inside this you can see your photos and drag to the laptop. The photos will be in a folder labelled for example 'DSCHX400' or something similar.

I had the same problem, and this workaround worked for me:

1) Make sure your iPhone is NOT connected to your PC with the lightning to USB cable.
2) Power the iPhone down.
3) Power the iPhone back up.
4) Re-connect the iPhone to your PC with the lightning to USB cable.
