Hi there. Sorry for being such a newbie, but still.
Currently, jailbreak released only in 10.1.1, and I'm really not sure about success with 10.2.

I'm 5s with 10.0.2. I heard that apple isn't sign 10.1.1 any longer.
I know that there are some tricks with iTunes and shift button to install 10.1.1, but will it really works legit and painless? TY

Won't work now that Apple stopped signing 10.1.1. There are no tricks that work, so you can either stay on 10.0.2 or update to 10.2.
